Security & Bag Policy

The safety of our guests is our highest priority. All attendees will pass through security screening before entering the venue.

To expedite entry and enhance security, please bring a photo ID or student ID with you. Only clear bags meeting the size requirement of 12″ x 6″ x 12″ or smaller will be permitted. Small, non-clear clutches or wallets measuring 4.5″ x 6.5″ or smaller are also allowed.

Large bags, backpacks, duffel bags, briefcases, camera bags, laptop bags, and oversized purses are not permitted. Exceptions will be made only for medically necessary items, which are subject to inspection.

Guests are encouraged to arrive 30–45 minutes prior to the event to allow ample time for security screening and parking in overflow lots as needed. Individuals arriving with prohibited items may be asked to return them to their vehicles before entering the venue.

Prior to the event, we will have booth displays in the lobby of Pioneer Arena.
