BRANDING REQUEST FORM

Branding Requests must be submitted by a member of Tusculum’s Faculty or Staff.
  • Due to the high volume of projects we manage across campus, we need a minimum of three weeks’ lead time for all branding requests. If printed materials are required, an additional one-two weeks is necessary to allow for our off-campus vendors to fulfill this order. Please note that any submissions with less than three weeks’ notice may be declined or experience significant delays to maintain our established workflow and service standards.
  • Urgent requests with less than three weeks’ lead time should still be submitted. When filling out the form below, select the earliest available due date and indicate both the urgency and the required completion date in the “Request Details” section at the end of the form. Use the word “URGENT” when you begin filling out the details of the request.
  • While we cannot guarantee completion, submitting your request ensures it enters the project queue, and every effort will be made to accommodate it.
